Shipping
Q: What do I do when I receive the shipment from trucking company?
When receiving shipments via truck, it is important to understand and accept the obligations of being a receiver of freight. To make the delivery go smoothly, follow the below guidelines:
Before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt:
- Count the number of cartons and verify the number being shipped from the receipt.
- Visually inspect the physical condition of the cartons for any rips, tears, punctures, crushed corners, etc. You must notate these discrepancies on the delivery receipt before you sign and accept the shipment. Failure to do so will imply you have received the shipment in good condition, by which you have accepted complete responsibility and liability for the contents.
- Due to the pandemic, many freight companies have started implementing what they refer to as “Contactless Delivery”. They will oftentimes reach out to you via email, phone call, or text, but in some instances, we have been informed that they’ve just dropped off the package as other small parcel couriers would. Should your delivery fall into this category, please inspect the part immediately for damage and reach out to the freight company directly, and then to us within the same day. Please also take pictures of the damages to the product and any other damages/flaws to the box. Failure to notify the freight company the same day will waive your right to claim insurance for any issues. When notifying the freight company of damage, please do not hinder your chances by saying anything more to them than the item is damaged. Any additional information you provide of how, why, or anything else regarding the damage may work against you.
- If the cartons are heavily damaged, you have the option of refusing the delivery. Please write “Refused Due to Damage” on the receipt, then sign appropriately.
Please take the time to examine the condition of the cartons before signing and accepting the delivery. The shipper and the carrier cannot be held liable if the proper notations do not appear on the delivery receipt.
FAQ
Q: How much does ViS Hood and Trunk weight?
Our hoods and trunks are ultra-light weight. The average weight of each hood is about 15 lbs. Of course, hoods for bigger car models or trucks will weigh more, but they are definitely much more lighter than the originals. Trunks and hatches are even lighter as it is smaller than a hood. Average weight is about 13 lbs.
Q: What is involved to install VIS bodykits?
All bumpers, side skirts, spoilers, or hoods require professional installation. That means that these parts need to be done by experienced body shops that have done bodykits before, not just a regular collision shop. Due to the fact that these are aftermarket parts, some modifications of the parts and/or vehicles maybe necessary. Make sure an installation fit has been done first before priming and painting. Once painting has been done, it is very difficult to modify to fit without destroying the paint. You would have to paint again! Generally speaking, our kits do not have fitment problems. Some bumpers are made to the Japanese spec of some car models. In these cases, more modification may be involved. When in doubt, please call/email us. We are more than happy to answer your questions.
Fiberglass parts are manufactures only uses hand-laid which is more labor intensive but the quality of the fiberglass is far superior. Fiberglass parts have a primer finish, which can be sanded and painted on. A primer coat, sanding, trimming, cutting, shaving, refilling, remolding, removing reinforcement bar or shock absorber may be necessary to ensure proper fitment. In some case the use of professional heat gun maybe necessary for achieving proper fitment. All Aftermarket Fiberglass body kit parts do require pre-fitting onto the car before they are painted and installed.
Q: What set VIS Carbon Fiber hoods apart from other hoods in the market?
Our grade "A" carbon fiber hoods are the best in the industry. Each hood is built with a strong carbon fiber skeleton. The outer layer is hand-laid with carbon fiber along with several layers of clear coating that provides the Hi-gloss show-quality finish that other hoods just cannot imitate. The outermost layer of clear coats is a UV coating that protects it from the harmful rays of the sun. Unlike other hoods in the market, our hoods do not fade and turn yellow in a few months. The underside of each OEM hood is reinforced fiberglass with a one-piece fiberglass covering the underling skeleton to provide a clean factory look. We also have double-sided carbon fiber hoods whose skeletons are covered with carbon fiber for more refined look.
Q: What kind of materials are used to make VIS bumpers?
All bumpers and bodykits in general are made out of fiberglass unless stated otherwise. Several layers of fiberglass are used to insure strength and durability of each bumper. Each bumper is primered with a smooth yellow finish. New and improved PolyFiber material has been developed that is as flexible as polyurethane but still made out of fiberglass. See FAQ question related to it below.
Q: What do I do in the event of shipping damage?
Some products may be damaged during transit. Please inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery personnel upon receipt of the shipment. Do not sign documents until all packages have been inspected. In the event of damaged merchandise, please note “damaged” on the document and have the delivery personnel sign it as verification. Very important It is very "important" not put any other comments which may incriminate yourself in the claim procedure.Retain all boxes and other packaging material as the package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Call VIS Racing Sports and email picture(s) of the damaged products(s)within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the denial of your claim.
Q: Do I reuse the hood struts / trunk spring or struts?
The gas struts that support some hoods, as well as the gas struts/ tension rods that support all trunks, create an immense amount of pressure, which aids in opening and lifting heavier OEM hoods/trunks/hatches. The products from the factory are not a composite part like our products, so the tensile strength that those struts/rods produce, is designed for the rigidity and weight of those OEM products. What that will cause is ill fitment, bulging, and sometimes, and in some severe cases, cracks. If any of these happen, you would have to remove both struts/rods immediately, and put a heavy object over a towel or protective layer, over the problem area and let it stay in the sun, for a few days and that could potentially level out the product again, IF it was not like that for a while.
Q: Is my Carbon Fiber Hood defective?
All Aftermarket carbon fiber Hoods require professional Body Shop installation. Some adjustments or modifications may be necessary for installation which may include drilling out or enlarging the stock holes for windshield nozzles and the underside heat shield mounting holes. In some cases, you might also need to ovalize the hood latch mounting holes to allow for more adjustment. The body shop would also have to transfer all the necessary mounting hardware, such as latch, windshield nozzles, and hinges. These are considered typical body work and installation steps; the item is NOT defective. In addition, most carbon fiber products are hand-crafted so no two items will be identical. Small imperfections such as waves within the weave, small bubbles, and clear coat blemishes are inevitable and will not be subjected to returns and/or exchanges.
Q: Is it legal?
Items sold by VIS Racing Sports Inc. ("VIS") may not be legal for street use in all states and none of the parts from our company are DOT approved. It is the purchaser's responsibility to comply with applicable state laws. All fiberglass or carbon fiber parts have no warranty. All goods are sold as is unless otherwise specified. There are no other warranties, express, implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Q: What is the cancellation policy for Special Order Parts??
All special orders require a nonrefundable deposit of the total costs. If there is any cancellation for any reason by the Buyer, that deposit is forfeited immediately to Vis Racing Sports Inc. Vis shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates given are approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to chargebacks, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. If special order item(s) are left over 30 days from time of Vis receiving parts in stock; and Buyer has not made any attempt whatsoever to claim their order, then the order shall be considered canceled and all monies previously deposited shall be forfeited to Vis.
Q: Can I install the hood myself?
All Aftermarket hoods require professional Body Shop installation. Adjustment of, but not limited to, latches, hooks, or fenders may be necessary as part of the normal installation of all hoods. Modification may be necessary for installation which may include drilling out the stock holes for windshield nozzles and the underside heat shield mounting holes. Body shop would also have to transfer all the necessary mounting hardware, such as latch, windshield nozzles, and hinges. Please apply loctite to all mounting hardware and recheck during each oil change. These are considered typical body work and installation steps; the item is NOT defective. All hoods require hood pins for safety reason. All hoods cannot sustain any force or weight on the surface. Do not put weight on the hood surface as it could crack the hood.
Fiberglass parts (Bodykit, hood and trunk) are manufactures only uses hand-laid which is more labor intensive but the quality of the fiberglass is far superior. Fiberglass parts have a primer finish, which can be sanded and painted on. A primer coat, sanding, trimming, cutting, shaving, refilling, remolding, removing reinforcement bar or shock absorber may be necessary to ensure proper fitment and finish. All Aftermarket Fiberglass parts do require pre-fitting onto the car before they are painted and installed.
Q: Excessive Gap with the hood install?
Adjustment is required for any hood installation. Gap really isn’t too bad, and can be fixed, it’s just how meticulous you are with adjusting. To do it correctly (this is even if you put your factory hood back on), you would have to loosen (not remove) the all the bolts attaching the hood to the hinges to get that lined up initially. Once that’s complete, you will close the hood and check that there is not excessive tension on the front latch. If there is, you would loosen that and adjust until it closes like the factory hood. Do not gravity drop the hood to get it closed, or press on the front too hard (or press over and over) to close it. Adjust pressure with your palm over the latch area until it latches.
Q: Is Heatshield required?
We highly recommend using a heatshield to protect the hood from discoloration, yellowing, cracking, and bubbling.
Q: How to take care your carbon fiber products?
We highly recommend a Ceramic Coating which can act as an additional clear coating to your hood, trunk, spoiler or any other carbon fiber products. Or you can apply another clear coating with UV protection. Every time you wash your carbon part, please wax the part after.

Vis shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates given are approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to chargebacks, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. Q: SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be shipped via the most economical method chosen by Vis Racing Sports Inc.et ("VIS"). Unless otherwise specified by the customer prior to the date of shipment. Fedex is the preferred method of shipping except in cases of oversized merchandise requiring the use of truck freight. No cancellation is allowed once the items have been shipped. If the package is refused upon delivery, customer will be charge the full amount less the total inbound and outbound shipping cost, plus 40% restocking fee. All international order buyer is responsible for customer duty and tax.
Q: SHIPPING DAMAGE
VIS packs all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipping. Nevertheless, damage may occur occasionally in transit. All damage MUST be discovered at the time of delivery. Accept the merchandise and notate the damage and any irregularities (such as crushed, torn, or broken boxes) on the freight bill or receipt while the driver is there. You must retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise for the carrier's damage inspector to inspect. Never refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without any notation indemnifies the carrier as well as VIS from any further damage claim. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer.
All damages must notified to carrier at the time of the delivery AND report to VIS within 24 hours. In cases of damage with proper notation on receipt, the carrier will determine whether to pay for repair cost or replacement value of the damaged goods after damage inspection. Replacement value is not negotiable. It is the amount that you paid. Repair cost is an arbitrary amount, which can be negotiated with the carrier in the event of disagreement. All disputes as to the settlement amount or manner should be addressed with the carrier. VIS under no circumstances shall be liable for the damaged merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier. However, as a courtesy, we would be glad to help you in reaching an amicable settlement with the carrier in the event that you need assistance.
Q: DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.
All Vis fiberglass Body Kits; bumpers, Lips side skirts, spoilers, and hoods are made out of a high quality fiberglass and come with wire mesh if applicable. Professional installation is required. Picture’s that are shown are for illustration purposes only. Actual product may vary due to product enhancement, so please ask the knowledgeable staff any questions or concerns you may have. Modification of part is required to ensure proper fitment. Please keep in mind aftermarket parts do not have the same fitment as OEM factory part. Test fit all Body Kit parts before any modification or painting (Any altering will void returns/ exchanges/ warranties). Accessories such as fog lights, driving lights, splitter, canards, add-on lips, intake scoops, or other enhancement products are not included unless specified in the product description. Anything listed above that is not on your product would not qualify it as a product defect, but if your issue is due to fitment, pictures are required. The part must be placed upon the vehicle and taken with the vehicle in the picture. Then another picture of the area in question would be needed. To speed up the process, 4-5 pictures total from various angles should cover any other pictures required. You must file your defective products claim with us within 10 days of the receipt of the product(s) or your claim will not be accepted.
Q: PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
All fiberglass parts require test fitment before prepping, priming and painting. Such professional prep work is required for all fiberglass parts. All aftermarkets require professional installation. Adjustment of the latches, hooks, brackets are sometimes necessary to ensure a "factory like" fit. These are normal body work and installation steps for all products sold, and additional fiberglass work may be necessary since these are aftermarket parts, and are no way sold or represented as OEM (Original Equipment Market) products. If there are small gaps or trimming that needs to be done prior to painting, this is not considered to be defective, and this is not uncommon with any aftermarket fiberglass companies and their products. Bodywork performed should not be by just any body/collision shop, but the shop should be familiar and skilled in fiberglass aftermarket products. All things listed are not uncommon of any company in regards to fiberglass aftermarket products, and if you feel that your product falls under defect, please refer to that section.
Q: MANUFACTURERS WARRANTIES

Once the return is approved and a Return Authorization number (RMA Number) and RMA Label will be issued to the purchaser by VIS and it must be on the outside of the packages being returned. All packages will be refused without RMA number and RMA Label on the box without exception. All returned items must be in unused, unaltered, unpainted condition along with all the hardware, instruction, etc. that it came with originally. Include a copy of the original invoice with all returned merchandise. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, VIS shall determine whether the product in question is defective. All returns regardless of the underlying reason must be sent shipping prepaid. All returnable items must be carefully packed in original packaging or better if the original packaging is not in good condition. Purchaser is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for their own protection; otherwise, neither VIS nor the shipping company would be responsible for any damage or loss in shipment. Refund will not be issued on returned merchandise that was damaged on the way back to VIS. In such case, the customer will have to claim against the carrier through which the merchandise was shipped.
Q: VIS RACING TERMS AND CONDITION
By accessing and/or using this site, related products, or related services, you (hereinafter "you" or the "Customer") expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). In addition, by accessing and/or using this site, related products, or related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. All purchases are final and cannot be cancelled.
Q: CUSTOMER'S ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RESPONSIBILITIES
All products sold by VIS Racing ("we" or "VIS Racing") are sold "as is" to the Customer. Warranties are neither offered or implied. In the event that one is offered, there must be full documentation ackowledged before the purchase and warranty will be shipped with the product. All products sold do not have any domestic nor international safety certifications and use of any items will not hold us liable for any damages and/or injuries. The client and the installation shop will be the parties to decide those details of usage and liability.
All automotive products sold are aftermarket products and may at times require removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle, which would be done at your own risk.
Q: INSTALLATION OF AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCTS
The body kits and auto parts listed require minor to significant modification and are designed for PROFESSIONAL AFTERMARKET INSTALLATION ONLY. Auto shops experienced in OEM installations may not be experienced in aftermarket fiberglass installation. Failure to use professional aftermarket installation will void all warranties and return policies, if applicable. Due to the materials used in production, the body kits will not be a direct bolt-on. These body kits may require prepping, heating, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, cutting, or other extensive body work. Purchase of the product acknowledges that you understand the procedures and possible difficulties in installing aftermarket parts.
Q: BACKORDERS
Most of our products are in stock and will be shipped within 48-72 hours on average, but in some high volume cases, may require up to a full work week. Some out of stock items may take 4-12 weeks to produce and ship, but differ from a SPECIAL ORDER in where the item cannot be cancelled early for any reason, but may be when item is 2 weeks past the ETA (Due to customs issues at times). Items may not be reserved without payment or deposit. In the event that an item is promised without payment, full documentation must be sent and acknowledged.
Q: SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Given the size and nature of our products, the shipping company may call you to schedule an appointment for delivery. Accordingly, please provide us with your current phone number and we will forward that information to the shipping company, if applicable. Also, please make sure that you keep your shipping appointment. If you are not available for your shipping appointment, then the item will be shipped back to the distributor and you will be charged for the round trip shipping.
Q: SHIPPING DAMAGES
There is always some chance that products may be damaged during transit. In the presence of the delivery person, you must immediately inspect all products received. You must inspect each product individually and verify that all items listed on the packing slip have been received. Never assume that if the box is undamaged, then the products inside are also undamaged. DO NOT SIGN THE DELIVERY RECEIPT UNTIL ALL PACKAGES HAVE BEEN INSPECTED AND DETERMINED TO BE FREE OF DAMAGE. In the event that damage has occurred, write "damaged" directly on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. If told to hold onto the item, please retain all boxes and other packaging material as the package may be subject to later inspection by the carrier. Once signed, all insurance is forfeited. Remember to only write the word “damaged” for any issues with the part, in the event damage may look like a flaw, you would not want to voluntarily offer up information that would cause the driver to refuse ackowledgement of any damage, if you claim defect/flaw. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a denial for your damage claim!
Q: REPLACEMENTS AND RETURNS
All issues not related to damage, which must be noted to the driver per receiving instructions at the time of delivery, must be noted by the buyer within five (5) days of receipt as long as it is returned in original packaging and the buyer pays for return shipping. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable and a 30% restocking fee will be applied. All return requests must be made within five (5) days after receiving order. RMA’s must be provided prior to any returns and the items must be in an unused and unaltered condition with the original packaging. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during return shipping or if the product is not received in original packaging or better, which must be pre-approved by VIS Racing, but is not a mandatory approval. In the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the shipping company. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to you at your expense.
We reserve the right to modify or override requests regarding replacement or refund. For example, we will not replace or refund a complete body kit if a single component is found to be defective.
Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of the body kit. If fitment is off by extreme margins, a refund will be considered at our discretion. Moreover, no replacements or refunds will be provided in the following situations:
• Any product that has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, or improper installation.
• Any product that does not have proof of professional installation at an auto body shop experienced in aftermarket fiberglass installation.
• Any product that has been modified or altered from its original manufactured state.
Q: SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE CONTIGUOUS US
Customers needing delivery outside of the contiguous US (including but not limited to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and foreign countries) must first request a quote. Transactions made without first requesting a quote will be refunded and cancelled.
Because customs policies and fees vary from country to country, the customer is responsible for payment of all applicable customs fees and duties. In addition, you may be obligated to hire a customs broker to satisfy the customs requirements. Be sure to check with your local customs office regarding these requirements prior to purchasing.
We are willing to ship orders to a designated freight forwarding company that will handle the delivery of your purchase to your country, territory, etc. If you choose to use a freight forwarding company, you do not need to request a shipping quote from Bestbodykit.com as long as the delivery address is within the contiguous US. Hiring and use of a freight forwarding company is the responsibility of the customer.

The parties shall have full rights of discovery under the Civil Discovery Act and shall have the right to file dispositive motions (such as a demurrer, motion to strike, or motion for summary judgment) just as if the case were being litigated in court. All motions shall be heard by the arbitrator. If either party refuses to select an arbitrator or submit the dispute to arbitration, either party may petition the Los Angeles Superior Court for an order appointing an arbitrator or compelling arbitration. The arbitrator shall apply California substantive law to the proceeding. The arbitration shall be conducted in Los Angeles, California. An award may be entered against a party who fails to appear at a duly noticed hearing. The arbitrator shall prepare in writing and provide to the parties an award and a statement of decision, including factual findings and the reasons on which the decision is based, within ninety (90) days of the date the matter is submitted to the arbitrator for decision. Neither party is required to ask for a statement of decision; the arbitrator shall issue a statement of decision whether or not requested. The decision of the arbitrator, when final, may be entered and enforced as a final judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Q: WAIVER OF TRIAL
IF THE FOREGOING BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE WERE NOT IN THIS AGREEMENT, THE PARTIES WOULD EACH HAVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR BY A JUDGE IN THE EVENT OF ANY LITIGATION BETWEEN THE PARTIES. THE PARTIES ARE EACH GIVING UP THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR COURT TRIAL IN ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN THE PARTIES BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT. YOU SPECIFICALLY UNDERSTAND THAT THE RIGHT TO HAVE SUCH DISPUTES DECIDED BY A JUDGE OR A JURY IS HEREBY WAIVED.
Q: GOVERNING LAW
Any controversy of claim arising out of or relating to the construction or applications of any term, provision, or condition of these Terms shall comply with and be governed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.
Q: JURISDICTION
If any dispute arises out of or in connection with these Terms, except as expressly contemplated by another provision of these Terms, the parties irrevocably: (i) consent and submit to the jurisdiction of courts located in Los Angeles, California; (ii) waive any objection to that choice of forum based on venue or to the effect that the forum is not convenient; and (iii) WAIVE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW ANY RIGHT TO TRIAL OR ADJUDICATION BY JURY.
Q: SITE POLICIES AND MODIFICATION
These Terms, including any amendments or addendums incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede and cancel all prior and contemporaneous agreements, claims, representations, and understandings of the parties in connection with the subject matter hereof. VIS Racing reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms at any time and at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to make changes without notice. Such changes will be effective upon posting of the revised Terms. You are encouraged to review the Terms from time to time for any possible changes. You should discontinue all access and use of this site if you do not agree with all of the Terms.
Q: SEVERABILITY
Each provision of these Terms (a "Provision") shall be deemed severable. If any Provision or the application of any Provision to any person or circumstance shall be held invalid or unenforceable by a court of any jurisdiction:
• The Provision shall be ineffective only in that jurisdiction.
• The Provision shall be ineffective only to the extent that it has been expressly held to be invalid or unenforceable in that jurisdiction.
• The ineffectiveness of the Provision shall not invalidate any other provision of the Terms or the application of the Provision itself to persons or circumstances other than those with respect to which it was held invalid or unenforceable in the jurisdiction in question.
Q: NO WAIVER
Nothing contained herein shall be construed as a waiver by VIS Racing of any of our rights or remedies described in these Terms unless the waiver is in writing and signed by an authorized agent of VIS Racing. No delay or omission by us in exercising our rights or remedies will impair or be construed as a waiver. Any single or partial exercise of a right or remedy will not preclude further exercise of any other right or remedy. Our failure to enforce the strict performance of any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provisions of these Terms.
Q: FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement for the period that the failure or delay is due to acts of God, public enemy, war, strikes or labor disputes, or any other cause beyond that party's reasonable control, it being understood that lack of financial resources shall not be deemed a cause beyond that party's control. Each party shall promptly notify the other party of the occurrence of any such cause and carry out the affected performance as promptly as practicable after the cause of the problem is alleviated.
Q: NO THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARIES
Nothing in these Terms, either express or implied, is intended to or shall confer upon any third party any legal or equitable right, benefit, or remedy of any nature whatsoever under or by reason of these Terms.
Q: TERMINATION
At our sole discretion, without notice and/or for any reason, VIS Racing may terminate these Terms, access to our site or any related services, or any current transactions immediately.
Receiving Instructions
Q: "Contactless Delivery" due to COVID-19
Due to the pandemic, many freight companies have started implementing what they refer to as “Contactless Delivery”.
Q: Test Fit All Parts
You must now test fit and notify the seller of any issues, before 5 days have passed. After that, they cannot open a case here to take care of fitment issues or anything of that nature. If parts are deemed to not fit within reason, an RMA will be sent for you to fill out and email back. You will then be issued an RMA number and BOL to have the part/s picked up and shipped back for replacement or refund. Should you just not want the part for any reason within the 5 days, you will still submit and RMA form and be provided a number, but you will be responsible for shipping back to us. All original packaging must be used and parts must be returned in the same condition received and free from damage or modifications. Returns that are not refused properly for damage and refused at the time of delivery, or any reasons that we acknowledge are for bad fitment will be subject to a 30% restocking fee off the price of the item and without the original shipping. Any parts that come in damage will be refused, and you as the shipping will have to file claim with your freight company. Test fit pictures for fitment issues must be with parts "dry-fitted" to the vehicle with no alteration or damage to the part. Images must be with full view of part on car (i.e. Front bumper shot with full front end in shot and each side.) Close up images may accompany the mandatory shots, but will not be accepted on their own. No items are or implied to be OEM fitment, so there may be common issues that would be taken care of by your body shop within reason, depending how well you want the items to fit. This is not limited to sanding, trimming, adding material, block sanding, modification to the part, vehicle brackets/hinges/reinforcements/etc. Should there be any questions, please contact your rep before your order is finalized and shipped.
Q: Return and Exchange
The return process will require the part to be brought back by freight for their own inspection and once damage refusal is acknowledged and approved by them, the part/parts are then returned to our facility, where at that time the replacement or refund will be processed. This may take 1-2 weeks minimum to receive at our facility before proceeding with refund/replacement, depending whether the process was done correctly, return time of the parts and availability should it be a replacement.
