Each VIS Carbon Fiber Hood and Trunk undergoes meticulous construction, featuring a two-part design. The top layer is meticulously crafted from carbon fiber material, bonded to the surface with high-grade epoxy resin. It's then coated with a UV-protective polyurethane layer (Poly Shield) for a glossy finish.

Enhancing structural integrity, a one-piece underside shell is seamlessly fused to the top layer. Our skilled artisans hand-smooth the edges to ensure a flawless finish. In 2014, we enhanced our manufacturing process with the Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.), resulting in parts that are 10-20% lighter and more durable. We're committed to transitioning our entire range to this process, ensuring improved products without significant cost increases for our valued customers.
