Firstly, a layer of carbon fiber material is securely bonded to the surface of the hood or trunk using top-tier epoxy resin. This layer is then coated with a clear, UV-protective polyurethane finish, known as Poly Shield, to achieve a stunning high gloss appearance.

To bolster structural integrity, a smooth underside shell is seamlessly fused to the top layer in a one-piece design. Skilled artisans meticulously smooth the edges by hand to ensure a flawless finish all around.

In 2014, we revolutionized our manufacturing process with the introduction of the Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.). This cutting-edge technique employs a single-mold vacuum to produce parts that are notably lighter, ranging from 10% to 20% reduction in weight, without compromising durability.

Due to the unknown nature of the intended uses of these products, Hood Pins are required. Do not reuse the stock hood strut, Shocks, Dampers, or Spring, They may cause the hood to crack.
